The Weekend RN Supervisor is a part-time, in-person role overseeing nursing staff during weekend shifts (
Saturday & Sunday) at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to LPNs and CNAs
Ensure safe, high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations
Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends
Monitor resident conditions, support medication and documentation accuracy, and promote infection control
Address staffing and operational issues in real-time
Participate in incident follow-up and ensure proper reporting
Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience
Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills required
