Utilize nursing skills to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. Assist in staff orientation, supervision, and daily operations of assigned neighborhoods. Conduct assessments for admissions and ongoing resident evaluations, communicating with care teams and updating care plans accordingly. Manage clinical procedures such as line management, urinary catheter changes, and medication orders. Mentor staff, develop performance improvement plans, and promote person-centered care. Ensure compliance with regulations, document incidents, and respond to clinical emergencies. Qualifications include active PA RN license, BSN, CPR/BLS, with 3+ years long-term care and 2+ years acute care experience; wound care and infusion therapy certification preferred.
