What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments for admissions and ongoing resident care Communicate with care providers and maintain care documentation Manage clinical procedures such as catheter changes and line infusions Mentor staff, develop performance improvement plans, and ensure regulatory compliance Support residents’ preferences and coordinate care plans Handle clinical emergencies and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For: Active PA RN license, BSN degree, CPR/BLS current 3+ years long-term care management, 2+ years acute care experience Preferred certifications in Wound Care and Infusion Therapy Pay Rate: $46.47/hr.
