We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team in a full-time role offering $36-$40/hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care based on care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
Requirements:
- Valid RN license
- Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered
