Your Impact:
Utilize nursing assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. Assist in staff orientation, supervision, and daily operations within assigned neighborhoods. Lead improvements in nursing practices and support resident-centered care. Perform assessments, manage clinical procedures like line management and catheter changes, and maintain communication with healthcare providers. Develop care plans, review assessments, and manage documentation including incident reports and medication orders. Mentor staff, develop performance improvement plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Active PA RN license, BSN, CPR/BLS, with preferred wound care and infusion therapy certifications. Minimum 3 years long-term care and 2 years acute care management experience. Pay Rate: $46.47/hour.
