In this leadership role, you will:
- Oversee and ensure high-quality nursing care for residents.
- Lead, coach, and supervise LVNs and CNAs to deliver safe, compassionate, individualized care.
- Coordinate resident care plans and support clinical decision-making.
- Supervise day-to-day clinical workflows and maintain effective team communication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards.
- Promote a family-oriented, team-based culture that supports both residents and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN licensure.
- Strong clinical leadership and ability to supervise and develop team members.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in long-term care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and resident-centered care skills.
