Role Summary: Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, adheres to nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and institutional policies, and functions within the scope of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Oncology, and more.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
- Support patient rights and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year).
- Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Missouri.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association).
