Responsibilities: Provide safe, efficient nursing care within designated clinical areas, ensure compliance with department protocols, and support patient and family needs.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year nursing experience; current RN license; relevant certifications such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, APHON Chemotherapy card, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring as applicable.
Skills: Ability to work under stress, adapt to diverse clinical settings, and demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication skills.
Additional requirements: Obtain specific certifications within designated timeframes if coming from non-specialized backgrounds. RN Fellowship candidates must have one year of independent practice and relevant certifications.
