Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, competent nursing care, assess patient needs, and perform duties in alignment with mission and values. Collaborate with team members and evaluate care outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking
- Physical ability to perform gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications as required
Additional Requirements: Maintain licensure and certifications, and perform duties safely and effectively in a clinical setting.
