Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing
• Adjust staffing to meet resident care needs at shift change
• Conduct patient care rounds to ensure high-quality care
• Manage admissions, transfers, & discharges efficiently
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license and CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care
• Supervisory experience required
• Passionate about working with seniors and providing compassionate care
