Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients, assessing needs, and updating care plans based on patient condition changes. Provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patient needs, coordinate care, implement departmental policies, and contribute to patient well-being by promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial health. Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and exhibit excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate good judgment, reasoning, and positive attitude towards patients.
