Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Delivering care to promote patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments, revising care plans as needed, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Preferred: at least 1 year skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained current)
- Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills
- Excellence in customer service and teamwork
