RN – Orthopedic/Spine – Night Shift

Position: RN – Ortho/Spine Unit
Location: Naperville
Hours: Nights, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Range: $37.25 – $57.74 per hour, based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities include: Providing professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations. Delegating appropriate tasks and collaborating as part of a team to meet unit goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required, with a commitment to obtain Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.

1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting.

Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
