Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of nursing practice and deliver quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures in daily nursing functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
