Role: Charge RN, FT, MedSurg, responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care for patients across all age groups.
Responsibilities: Oversee patient care and operational issues during shifts, provide clinical support as needed, communicate departmental updates, and serve as a resource for staff guidance and assistance.
Qualifications: Graduate from a nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), with at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred). Must hold a valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure, and current BCLS certification.
Certifications: Required certifications include ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and additional specialty certifications as applicable. Emergency nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days of start. Additional certifications such as PALS and ACLS are required based on patient care unit.
