RN MedSurg – Night Shift – Live Well Homecare

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Acts as a patient advocate, communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff, and maintains accurate documentation. Supports performance improvement initiatives, professional growth, and mentorship of colleagues. Upholds confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and participates in shared governance activities.

Qualifications:

Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred)
Current BLS certification
RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care

Prioritize patient needs, ensure documentation accuracy, and support patient and family education

Contribute to performance improvement and professional development

Mentor colleagues and uphold organizational policies and standards
