Role Overview: This position is for an experienced Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team.

- Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment through evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license (state or multi-state compact).
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; national specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and tech skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, with critical thinking and time management skills.
