Key Responsibilities: Lead the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, build meaningful patient and family relationships, and collaborate effectively within a respectful team. Drive continuous improvement through applying evidence-based practices, participating in patient safety projects, and shaping care protocols. Plan proactively across patient care journeys, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to reducing readmissions.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and computer data entry proficiency are required. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to remain calm under pressure, and critical thinking.
