Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
