Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for MedSurg unit
Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse adult populations Conduct assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatments Manage discharge planning and monitor patient status Respond to clinical changes and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
