We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in an oncology unit with 30 beds, caring for patients aged 18 and older.
- Responsibilities include: performing patient assessments, developing and modifying care plans, administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, managing medical procedures such as IV starts, NG tube insertions, dressing changes, and Foley catheter insertions, and maintaining documentation standards.
- Ensuring patient and staff safety, offering emotional support, and collaborating with the healthcare team are essential duties.
- Qualifications: active RN license, BLS certification, and nursing education (college diploma). Experience with oncology procedures and equipment is preferred.
