It ensures smooth operational management, quality improvement, and infection control at a Long Term Care facility, serving on the hospital executive team and supporting regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold an Alaska RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 3 years of RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care. Preferred qualifications include a health sciences bachelor’s degree, management or training experience, and expertise in quality improvement and infection control.
