Position: RN – Labor and Delivery – Per Diem
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.
- Communicating clearly in person, via phone, and in writing with patients and team members.
- Providing individualized patient and family teaching tailored to their learning needs.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evaluating nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associates or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
