Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Medical/Surgical
Role & Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
– Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
– Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and compassionate care
– Support care coordination and maintain clinical standards
Unit Details: Inpatient Med/Surg for adult patients with diverse medical conditions
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
– Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or within 30 days of hire)
– Preferred: BSN, prior hospital experience, specialty certifications
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and assist patients safely
