Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process using evidence-based practice, ensuring individualized care and effective partnerships with patients and families. Coordinates and documents safe care delivery, promotes teamwork and collaboration, supports performance improvement initiatives, and participates in professional development, research, and protocol development. Upholds organizational policies, standards, and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience, RN licensure (single state or multi-state), and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Preferred education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills, with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
