The RN House Supervisor provides hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, and safety functions during night shifts.
Responsibilities include managing staff, resources, and patient flow, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients.
They serve as a mentor, promote a culture of safety, and lead emergency response and performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing or related field, active RN licensure, BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 2 years leadership or supervisory experience required.
