Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, with minimum bedside experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties.
Skills and Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS may be needed based on specialty. Preferred BSN and Epic experience.
Key Duties: Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements. Responsible for scheduling hours, available on short notice, with potential for shift cancellations.
