Position Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns with mission, values, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible, incentivized RN care across various departments including Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and Women’s Health.
- Assist with patient care, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and physical demands of the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the state or compact license.
- One year recent Med-Surg RN experience; two years for specialty areas.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS as applicable.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform duties involving reaching and bending.
Additional Details:
