Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and adherence to policies and standards, including regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a healthy work environment.
- Participate in protocol development, resource management, and resource-efficient practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s nursing degree; Bachelors preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology effectively.
