Seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor for Dermatology and Skin Surgery Centers at Columbia and Jefferson City.
Lead daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Conduct staff evaluations, oversee performance, and facilitate staff onboarding and training. Manage clinic schedules, budgets, and supplies, supporting financial and operational efficiency. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and lead quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: RN licensure, one year of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred, BSN required after July 2025.
