Seeking a Clinic Nurse Supervisor to lead the Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center at two locations, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Provide leadership, staff coaching, and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage daily operations, staffing, performance evaluations, and interdisciplinary care planning. Ensure compliance with standards, lead quality improvement initiatives, and oversee budget and resource management. Requires RN licensure, minimum 1 year nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred, and ability to perform active physical duties in a health care setting.
