Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred); valid RN license and BLS certification; minimum of two years leadership and Med Surg experience preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism. Maintains ongoing professional growth and adheres to organizational policies.
