This role is for a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team.
Key duties include
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care collaborating with team members to develop and communicate care plans monitoring patient conditions and documenting care activities advocating for patient and family needs to ensure satisfaction participating in performance improvement initiatives and maintaining professional competence mentoring and supporting colleagues to foster a positive work environment upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards supporting organizational goals through shared governance and quality initiatives Qualifications include an associate’s or diploma in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure (multi-state or single-state), and BLS certification.
