Position: Registered Nurse – Central Resource Team
Location: Naperville, IL
Shift: Night shift, 7pm-7:30am
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care aligned with state laws and hospital policies
- Assess patient condition, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care
- Employ critical thinking and delegate tasks appropriately
- Collaborate as part of the healthcare team to achieve unit goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (or must obtain within five years if only an Associate Degree)
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification; ACLS required within one year of hire
