Position: Registered Nurse – Central Resource Team
Location: Naperville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
- Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to team members.
- Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1+ years’ RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or must be obtained within five years if only an associate degree.
- Current Illinois RN license.
- CPR certification from AHA or BLS.
- ACLS certification within one year of employment start date.
