Position: Registered Nurse – Central Resource Team
Location: Naperville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care aligned with state laws and hospital policies.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years’ RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred or required within five years if only an associate degree.
- Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
