Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide quality healthcare through safe, individualized discharge planning and utilization management services.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Managing timely and proficient utilization review to maximize reimbursement
- Assessing social and physical factors affecting discharge and utilizing community resources effectively
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum three years of clinical experience, with two years in Utilization Review, Management, or Case Management preferred
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse license
- Proficiency in computer programs for data management and documentation
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care to diverse patient populations
