Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry
Role & Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process and framework to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinate care with other departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and uphold standards aligned with organizational mission and values.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. BLS certification required within 30 days. Preferred experience includes hospital or specialty care. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements necessary for nursing duties.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, collaborate with healthcare team, and uphold patient confidentiality and rights. Maintain high standards of professional practice and safety.
