Role Overview:
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The nurse coordinates patient care activities for assigned staff to ensure the delivery of quality nursing services.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state; BLS certification required.
- Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
