Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Requires a nursing degree (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
