Key Responsibilities: Involving patients and families in care planning, supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel, delegating tasks, and coordinating multidisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Requires a BSN (preferred at hire or within three years if hired after April 30, 2014), professional nursing certification (preferred at hire or within two years), and a current RN license in Florida.
