Role Overview: Responsible for supervising nursing care delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Supports department and hospital goals, manages patient flow, and assesses staffing needs.

- Addresses employee grievances and collaborates with management for staff development.
Qualifications include enrollment in or graduation from a nursing degree program, with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills are essential. The role involves working in a clinical environment and adhering to organizational policies.
