Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. They deliver individualized care using evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate clinical care, ensuring cultural competence and adapting to patient needs.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Promote teamwork via diverse communication methods, timely documentation, and a respectful environment.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
