We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – Ortho Surgical to join a collaborative interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and shared governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
- Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient demographics.
- Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and patient education.
- Coordinating care, documentation, and promoting safety and quality outcomes.
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
- Mentoring junior staff and participating in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with preferred direct patient care background.
- Licensure as an RN with multi-state or single-state certification, and BLS certification.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and utilize healthcare technology effectively.
