Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care within an orthopedic surgical unit. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care, guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models. They uphold professional standards outlined by state regulations and the American Nurses Association, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
