Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – Ortho Surgical, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process, delivering individualized care, partnering with patients and families, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating interdisciplinary communication, supporting performance improvement, mentoring staff, and participating in research and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, RN licensure (single or multi-state), Basic Life Support certification, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, time management, proficiency with technology, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
