Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse specializes in acute neuro care, providing high-quality, patient-centered, and safe clinical care within a multidisciplinary team. They ensure individualized care by performing the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based standards, and maintaining compliance with state and professional ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, and promote an inclusive, respectful clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
