Interprets diagnostic results, orders tests, and administers medications as directed. Provides patient education, advises on health prevention, and recommends community resources. Manages acute and chronic conditions, including emergencies, and ensures continuity of care between visits. Maintains accurate records, reviews results, and triages patient communications. Participates in professional development, attends meetings, and upholds patient confidentiality. Other related duties as assigned.
