Role Overview: A Senior Associate in Revenue Cycle within Healthcare Provider Modernization, focusing on process improvement, operational transformation, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives and manage associates to resolve complex operational issues using market-leading technology and analytics.
- Collaborate on client engagements to optimize workflows, address quality gaps, and enhance operational and financial outcomes across healthcare organizations.
- Design and redesign business processes, incorporate analytics tools, and develop training materials, gap analyses, and performance reports for clients.
- Communicate with engagement teams and clients, escalating issues as needed, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.
- Assess, validate, and benchmark operational performance using data-driven insights, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping, including AI tool utilization for revenue cycle assessments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of three years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations, financial improvement, or systems integration within healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or Data Warehousing.
- Proven experience implementing operational improvements across revenue cycle functions such as billing, collections, and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, healthcare industry practices, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
