Qualifications include a minimum of three years’ consulting experience in revenue cycle operations or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Finance, or related disciplines, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx. Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic is preferred.
Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across healthcare functions like billing, financial clearance, and referral management. The role may involve travel and requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
